Rules for roles

  • You give a role when you invite a person. You can choose Member or Admin.
  • An Owner or Admin can change a person between Member and Admin later, in Settings > Team.
  • Nobody can change or remove the Owner.
  • You cannot change or remove your own role.
  • Agency staff do not have one of these roles. Their access comes from the agency link. They show with the Agency tag in the team list.

To change a role, see Invite team members to your workspace.

Common problems

A control is greyed out or missing. Your role does not allow the change. Ask an Owner or Admin.
