What you can connect to Line
Line connects to four things: Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, your own HTTP and MCP tools, and the SMS API. You find them all in Integrations in the main menu.
The integrations
| Integration | What it does | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Google Calendar | Agents check free and busy times and book meetings in Google Calendar. A person approves each booking. | Pro and Business |
| Microsoft Calendar | The same, for Microsoft 365 and Outlook calendars. | Pro and Business |
| HTTP and MCP tools | Give agents tools that call your own HTTPS endpoints and MCP servers. | All plans |
| SMS API | Send and receive texts from your own software with Line API keys. Line must approve access first. | All plans |
Calendar connections count towards a plan limit. Starter has none, Pro has 3, and Business has no limit. See Compare the plans.
Open Integrations
- In the main menu, select Integrations.
- Use the filters All, Calendar or Developer, or search by name.
- Select an integration card to open its Overview.
Cards are in two groups: Connected and Available.
Who can do what
| Action | Who |
|---|---|
| See the integrations | Every member |
| Connect, reconnect or disconnect a calendar | Owner or Admin |
| Add tools and secrets | Owner or Admin |
| See and set up the SMS API | Owner or Admin |
Email to SMS
Email to SMS is not in Integrations. It is a channel. Any system that sends email can send a text through it, for example a CRM, a booking system or a monitoring tool. See Send texts by email.
What Line does not connect to
Line has no native Zapier, Make or n8n app. These tools can call the SMS API with an HTTP request, or send email to an Email to SMS gateway.
Line has no CRM, helpdesk or team chat connectors.
Common problems
I do not see the SMS API. Only Owners and Admins see it.
Connect is replaced by a lock. Your plan has reached its calendar limit, or your plan does not include calendar connections. Change your plan, or disconnect a calendar that you do not use.
