Skip the “when are you free?” emails
Connect your calendar. Say when you take meetings. Send one link.
When do you take meetings? Say it the way you would to a colleague.
How it works
- 1
Connect your calendar and say when you take meetings
Type it the way you would in an email. “Weekday mornings for the next two weeks.” Your calendar fills in what is already booked.
- 2
Send the link
Paste it into your reply. The other person opens it, sees only times you are free, in their own timezone, and taps one.
- 3
Get the booking
The meeting lands in your calendar with a video link, and the other person gets the invite. The link closes so nobody double books.
Questions
Which calendars work?
Google Calendar and Outlook. Line reads when you are busy, never what your events are, and adds one event when someone books. You can disconnect at any time.
Do I have to connect a calendar?
No. You can type the times you are free and send the link anyway. Line then cannot see clashes, so check your diary first.
Does the other person need an account?
No. They open the link, pick a time, and give their name and email so you both get a confirmation.
Can more than one person book the same link?
No. A link books one meeting. Make a new link for each person you need to meet.
What if none of the times suit them?
They tell the chat what they would like and leave their email. The note goes to you, and you reply by email.
Which timezone do the times use?
You describe your time in your own timezone. The other person sees every time in theirs.
How long do you keep my details?
A link and the details on it are deleted 90 days after you make it, and the link stops working. If you disconnect your calendar, Line deletes the connection and your links straight away.
Customers book themselves in. Calls too.
Line answers your calls and messages with an AI receptionist that can book appointments for you.
