Yes. Line uses WebRTC to let you make and receive calls directly in your browser — no app, no plugin, no desk phone needed. The Line mobile app also supports calling on iOS and Android.
Does Line support call forwarding?
Yes. You can forward calls to any UK number — your personal mobile, a landline, or another team member. You can set forwarding rules based on the time of day or set it to ring multiple devices simultaneously.
Can I record calls with Line?
Yes. You can enable automatic call recording for all calls, or start a recording manually during a call. Recordings are stored securely and accessible from your Line dashboard.
What happens when I miss a call?
Missed calls go to your voicemail. Line transcribes the voicemail and sends you a notification with the full transcript, so you can see what the caller said without listening to the recording.
